Project Overview
Custom GPTs for Design Workflows
I built a series of custom GPTs to support real-world design tasks, from heuristic analysis to content generation. What started as personal tools evolved into shared systems used by other designers to work more efficiently and consistently.
The Problem
Most designers use AI as a general-purpose tool, which leads to inconsistent outputs, repeated setup, and limited usefulness in real workflows.
Custom GPTs offer a way to structure and scale expertise, but require intentional design to be effective.
Approach
Instead of treating AI as a one-off tool, I designed each GPT as a focused system:

Screen Analyzer
Supports faster UX evaluations by guiding structured heuristic analysis and surfacing usability issues.

Flywheels
Supports the design of growth systems by mapping inputs, loops, and outcomes, helping teams think about how products scale over time.

Sell the Idea
A tool for shaping and communicating product ideas, helping translate early concepts into clear problem statements, value propositions, and actionable narratives. Based on Ian Wharton’s Sell the Idea framework.
